Web hosting and domains
All off our website design packages come with hosting and domain registration. Hosting is the web space that will hold your website. Our hosting is with Godsweb – a trusted, professional and secure Christian web hosting company. Hosting includes unlimited disk space, 20GB bandwidth and unlimited email accounts. With these hosting accounts, Godsweb guarantee 99.9% uptime.
We also include domain registration which is subject to a domain being available. We can check what domains are available and discuss with you the options for your website address. If you already have a domain name, just let us know and we can arrange a transfer. Alternatively, you can arrange with your service provider to point your domain to our hosting.
Want more features?
If you select one of our web design packages you are not limited to the features included within the package. You can add on more pages, email forms or photos as well as request other features such as animation, blogs or galleries.
Pages: We can add more pages to your website design package, just let us know how many extra pages you would like and we can send you a quote. If you would like a site which can be easily expanded, we can ensure the structure of your site enables pages to be added on at a later date.
Email forms: Contact forms are a good way to encourage a response from visitors to your website. They can also be used to gather information for sending quotes or further details, to prospective customers/clients. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote.
Animation: If you are looking to have some form of animation on your website please contact us with details and we would be happy to quote. Animation can be used to rotate banners and draw the eye towards some important information on your site.
Gallery: We can include a gallery for your website so visitors can browse through a selection of photos. Galleries can include animation and a zoom feature. Contact us for details.
Photos: If you require more photos to be sourced for your website, we can search and purchase photos for you. There is an extra charge per photo, please contact us for a quote. If you have your own photos, we can use these on your website at no extra cost.

Search engine optimisation: SEO is crucial in ensuring your website is visible on the internet. We provide an initial and on-going SEO service. Search engine optimisation (SEO)
If you want your website to be ranked within the search engines such as Google and Yahoo, it is important that your website is optimised. Optimisation is included in the medium and larger website packages but can also be added onto the smaller packages.
We offer the full optimisation of a site as well as just individual pages. If you are not sure what you need, please feel free to contact us and we can discuss your requirements and what we think would work best for your website. Search engines optimisation starts from as little as £35. We also offer ongoing SEO to ensure your website remains high up on the search engines.
How long will it take?
Timescales vary but we can give you an idea of how long a website will take to create. Just contact us and we will be able to give you a current timeframe. If you have a deadline to meet please let us know from the outset as we can let you know if we are able to meet your deadline.
Managing your website
Once your website is live you have the option of managing your own site or having us make changes and edit your site. Our easy to use content managemtn system enables you to edit text and change images. We will set this up for you as well as give you ongoing support.
If you would prefer we can manage your website for you. We can set up a content management package which will be based on the changes and number of changes you need. Alternatively you can contact us each time you would like your site updating. Please contact us for further details.
How to order
Ordering a website design package is easy. You can purchase a package here online through our secure shop using paypal. You just need to create an account (or log in if you already have an account), add the web package to your basket then go to the checkout. You will receive a confirmation email of your order and we will be in touch with you to gather the information to build your website.
You can also call us (01782 721890) or email sales@ampmgraphics.com to place an order. We will send you an invoice and payment can be made by BACS or cheque. If you prefer you can arrange to come and see us, just call or email to arrange a meeting at our office.
What happens once I have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order with us we will be in touch with you by phone or email to gather the required information to help us build your site. You can let us know of any specifications you might have regarding the design and layout as well as give us your text, photos and information (unless you have opted for us to write the text and provide the photos). If you have a deadline to meet please let us know at this stage and we can give you an idea on our current timescale.
Once we have all of the required information, we will then start work on the design of your website. Once we have completed the initial design we will upload the site for you to view online. We offer unlimited revisions to give you the guarantee of having a website that you like and that will work for your business or organisation.
Once we have made any revisions needed and the website has been finalised your site will go live. If you have selected a package with SEO we will optimise your website and submit it to the main search engines, such as Google and Yahoo, to be crawled.
We have a selection of professional web design packages available but can also quote for a site specific to your needs. All of our web design packages include 12 months domain and hosting, as well as unlimited email accounts.
