Payment Questions

Can I get credit with am:pm graphics?
We do not offer credit accounts to our customers. All customers must pay up front for all print and design work. Payments by credit card can be made through our online shop.

Why do I have to pay up front for my design work?
We work on a first come, first serve basis. By paying for your work up front you are fully demonstrating your intent. We believe this to be a clear and fair system.

Why do I have to pay up front for my printing work?
By outsourcing printing to companies carefully selected for quality and reliability and by paying these suppliers up front, we can reduce our costs. We pass these savings on to you and offer affordable graphic design and print.

Can I pay a deposit, and pay the balance on receipt of print work?
No. Our suppliers have been carefully selected for their quality and reliability. We are confident that you will be delighted with the quality of our printing. If you are in any way dissatisfied, please contact us immediately. The full returns procedure is outlined in our terms and conditions.

I don’t feel comfortable paying before I have seen the work.
We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. We believe the quality of our design work is demonstrated by our portfolio, but don’t just take our word for it: Read what our customers have to say about us in our testimonials section. We can also send you a free sample pack so you can feel the quality of our stock and the clarity and vibrancy of our printing.

Can I see designs before I pay?
No. We do not work on a competition or free pitching basis. We believe the quality of our design work is demonstrated by our portfolio, but don’t just take our word for it: Read what our customers have to say about us in our testimonials section.

How can I pay?

Online shop: We have a shop where you can buy both design and printing online through paypal. Visit our shop for all our prices! www.ampmgraphicsprint.com

Cheque: Please make cheques payable to am:pm graphics and send to am:pm graphics, 9 Tibb Street, Bignall End, Stoke on Trent, ST7 8LA.

BACS: We can also accept BACS payments.
