Professional design & print
NCR (no carbon required) pads, sets or books are used when you require a copy of a handwritten (or typed) document without the use of carbon.
We offer NCR pads, sets and books in various formats. You can order NCR pads online and NCR sets and books can be ordered by contacting us by email or phone.
We offer both A4 and A5 pads in either duplicate or triplicate. If you order duplicate pads the top sheet will be white and the copy sheet will be yellow. Triplicate pads will be white and the copy parts will be pink and yellow. The pads & books consist of 50 sets. The books are perforated in one position of your choice and are stapled and bound.
NCR printing
The pads are litho printed onto 70gsm NCR paper with a stiff backboard. They are printed (litho) black on white (copy parts are yellow & pink) with all parts alike. We can also print on both sides, if you want to include your terms and conditions for example please contact us for a quote.
Numbered NCR pads
If you require your NCR pads to be numbered, just contact us for a quote.
What can NCR pads be used for?
NCR pads are an easy & clean way of producing documents in duplicate or triplicate format. They can have a variety of uses such as quote forms, invoices, order forms, booking forms and packing lists. If you are not sure how to set out your NCR pads we would be happy to advise and we also offer a design service.
Do you need NCR books or loose NCR sets?
Loose NCR sets are duplicate or triplicate sets supplied loose as apposed to in pads or books. These may be more suitable where the copies are to be stored in ring-binders or folders.
NCR books are stapled and bound. They are perforated in a position of your choice, leaving a stub once the main part has been torn out.

NCR design
If you require an NCR pad, set or book layout we offer an NCR design service which includes unlimited revisions. This ensures that you will be happy with the final layout and with online proofing you can easily check the design before we send your NCR pads off to print.
If you want to arrange your own NCR printing, we can send you the final files in a print ready format.
If you already have your NCR set-out, please see our print ready file requirements on our site and email the file(s) onto us to check.
How to order NCR pads
You can order NCR pads here, securely on our website. Simply log in to your account or create a new account. Choose one of the NCR pad options and select a quantity from the drop down menu. If you would like us to design your NCR pads, please ensure that you have ticked the design box. You will be taken through our paypal system to pay online and you should receive a confirmation of your order by email soon after your order has been processed.

What happens once I have placed my NCR pad order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. We will then be in touch with you regarding the artwork or alternatively, if you already have your design you can email the file(s) to sales@ampmgraphics.com. Click here for NCR pad artwork specifications.
If you have chosen to have us design your NCR pad, we will start work on the layout once we have all the relevant information required to go onto the form. As soon as the design is complete, we will send you an email with a link to view the layout online, within your own client area. You can then give us your feedback and we can make any revisions needed.
Once the design has been finalised we will send the file off to print or if you have arranged your own printing we can send the files direct to you.
The NCR pads will be delivered free to your chosen address. If you are ordering NCR pads as a print re-seller, just let us know and we can ensure the pads are delivered in un-branded packaging.
